The GFHN sets out to strengthen the interaction among local governments, universities, research institutes, and leading technology companies from different countries/regions, and improve the incentive mechanism for attracting talents abroad. Joint training programs for FinTech professionals will be launched, in which universities and other educational institutions are encouraged to organize exchange programs between their staff members and students. A series of training programs and recruitment services will be customized for helping FinTech talents navigate through their career path to be inter-disciplinary professionals with international perspectives.
